Our Promise.
We truly hope you love your purchase from The Word Designs. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 30 days of the original shipping date. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email info@theworddesigns.com with a clear photo of the item and your order number, and our team will assist you promptly.
Refunds.
Once your return is delivered and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.

A $7 handling fee applies to all refunds.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed.
Exchanges.
We replace items that are defective or damaged.If you would like to exchange an item for the same product (for example, a different size), please contact us at info@theworddesigns.com to begin the process, A $7 handling fee applies to all exchanges.
Your Return.
Return shipping times may vary depending on your location.
For returns valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. The Word Designs cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
